The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was always very well cleaned and we had no problems with the amenities. There’s casual eateries nearby and the subway station (Nishikasai) is very close by and convenient. The only downside is sometimes the wifi can be a bit spotty but other than that I highly recommend!

Travel with child, Excellent trip, 2 weeks in paradise, I had the triple room. Love the buffet breakfast, consumee soup, coffee and hot chocolate machine was a nice touch. Walking distance to “metro “ great food spot and train station which was easy to get to Disney and Tokyo central. Will book again.
