Stay was decent for a business hotel, no complaints. However, I was surprised to find out that for the dryers, clothing can take "5-6 hours" to dry completely; signage could have been more clear about this.

A great location that's tucked away near the Asakusabashi station. This hotel has always been my go to whenever I'm in Tokyo since it's quiet, has a lot of good food and convenience/grocery stores close by, and it's a short distance away from Akihabara. I liked that the room had a universal phone charger, so that was handy in charging my devices (I did not bring enough cables). Very basic amenities, so don't expect anything extra. Only complaint was when I was there, the dryer wasn't working...which I didn't find out until after I did laundry, so be sure to check that is working before you start a wash.

The staff at the front desk was always super helpful and friendly! The room itself was a little small, but nothing bad for two people. The room was pretty dusty in some areas, but the rest of it was clean and quiet. We stayed here for about 9 days and didn’t have much to complain about, the train station was about a 1 minute walk away, and it was a convenient area to get to many places around tokyo. The surrounding area had many convenient stores and restaurants as well, would recommend!!

Don’t let the small room size put you off. Extremely helpful and polite staff, super clean rooms that provide you with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, as well as toothpaste and a multi usb cable to charge your electronics. Very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend

I have been back to this hotel multiple times and it’s a fantastic experience each time. It’s close to the station (with elevators), there are dining options nearby including a delicious Yakiniku restaurant. It’s clean, safe, has the laundry machines, and has a convenience store connected downstairs open all night for any necessities!

Hotel is conveniently located like 1min away from Asakusabashi Station and roughly 10min walk away from Akihabara which is awesome. Hotel staff is friendly and can communicate in good english. Rooms are however small but that’s probably common everywhere in Japan. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay!

My stay at MyStays Asakusabashi was excellent. Cleaning each day was great and the room was really comfy and perfect for my needs. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Tokyo - the location is superb for getting on the train at Asakusabashi station and is in walking distance to Akihabara.

Just had 14 days at the hotel with my son who is 10, absolutly fantastic staff who will help you with anything, i was worried about checking in at 2am but no probs, area is fantastic round the corner is a station and 10 min walk to a underground, even tho next to a station its so quiet rooms get serviced daily at 10am, i am hoping to come back to this hotel next year

Absolutely love the property. It’s very easy to get to and has incredibly close access to subway and JR Station to make for quick trips (Akihabara is only 12 minutes walking and even quicker by JR train) While the room is a bit small. It’s comfy enough. The beds are great and the bathrooms are incredible. Good showers and toilets. The staff does great cleaning and you have good laundry service on site. The staff helped out with any inquiries I had. You also have access to a convenience store right from the hotel so if you’re an early riser like me you can easily snag some cheap breakfast instead of looking for a place that’s open. I will continue to use this hotel for any future stays in Japan. You really should use them as the stay has always been incredibly pleasant.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. It's very close to Asakusabashi station so very convenient if you have heavy luggage. The convenience store inside the hotel is a bonus.

Very convenient location next to Asakusa-bashi station, with many small, charming restaurants nearby. However, with trains running in each direction every 3-5 minutes, noise is a factor. In my room, I could theoretically use the remote control to set the AC to any temperature, but the actual temperature in the room was always warm and somewhat stuffy.(I mentioned this to the front desk.)

The location of this hotel is very convenient for restaurants. The train/ IR stations are walkable. There is a convenient store right connected to the check in/out counter. Great for new or late arrivals to have some decent food to eat.

Great value for money and easy to get to from Narita Airport after arriving from a long flight. Room was small but we were aware of that, but everything needed was there. Clean and comfortable and reception staff were great.

This hotel is so convenient! Right next to the train station and physically connected to a Lawsons conbini. Only a 10 min walk from Akihabara. Surrounded by several awesome food options and stores if you want to hangout close by. The room was small but comfortable and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Room and bed are very small, but it has the necessities. I’m glad there is a bathtub to soak in after a long flight. It was only 5 minute walk from the train station so it is very convenient. The price was high for what we get. $150 a night.

Fantastic location for the trains and convenience having a lawson attached to the hotel. Ample of eateries within minutes away however better housekeeping is required. Room not vaccinated, and bed skirt was dusty and dirty.

The hotel offers rooms of different sized and the double-size room is good for our group. The hotel staff all spoke sufficient English for easy communication. The neighborhood is very quiet with many restaurants closed, maybe because we traveled on New Year holiday.

This is my first time in Japan from US. Worried about size and amenities. Found the size perfect for one. Price was great for size. Convenience store attached is a greay feature.

I’ve stayed here a few times in the past and like it for being quiet (for urban Tokyo), charming, and still very close to Akihabara and Chuo line. There are plenty of stores nearby for food and snacks. It feel like you are living in Tokyo.
