The hotel itself was great and the onsen was incredible. However the room itself was TINY and the window was opaque and small. I would stay here again if it was a bigger room.

We were there for the second half of our trip to Japan, and are already talking about coming back. It was soooo convenient being attached to Haneda airport, with access to transportation. The availability and variety of shops and dining was amazing. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel restaurants were delicious. We ate at the daily breakfast buffet and their premier dining. We also visited several of the dining in the adjacent shopping area. The spa is amazing. I used the Onsen and the stone massage. The onsite Onsen was an amenity that influenced my decision to stay here.I can also verify that they are tattoo friendly. Which is not the case at many other Onsens.I don't have any that could be considered offensive or gang related, which they vaguely refer to in the Onsen policies. We purchased the breakfast package which gave us each 1 voucher per day to the buffet. We purchased the spa package which gave us access to the Onsen and spa dining, massage and other spa procedures are extra (very reasonably priced). It was more expensive than our stay in Okinawa, but definitely worth every penny. My room overlooked the Monorail and the airport. I could literally watch planes take off and land from my window. Other reviews mention hearing the airport noise, but I heard nothing. Not even from adjacent rooms. They have eco friendly cleaning schedules. The water pressure was amazing and the shampoo/conditioner smelled great.

This is a very convenient hotel with much to offer guests. The attached shopping area located between the hotel and Haneda Terminal 3 is an outstanding feature. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is comforting respite for weary travelers. Located inside the airport yet so relaxing you feel a world away from the hustle and bustle. Staff was gracious and helpful.

It was very convenient to have the laundry room available for guests to use. I liked that the washing machine had the detergent installed within the machine. I also liked that the hotel always provided pajamas every day. The rooms are also nice and clean. Loved the rainfall shower head.

What a hotel! We stayed here for our final 3 nights in Tokyo, we were going to do 1 but decided to stay the 3 because we wanted to feel settled. They let us check in at 11:30am at no extra cost because it was quiet, our room was spacious and really modern and the shopping area and restaurant area had lots to choose from. Getting into Tokyo was so easy and it was so handy when leaving to be able to grab a trolley and go straight to departures! Highly recommend this hotel

I have 86 years old mom that we need a taxi to go airport and no taxi service is available or can help by the staff. Our tour Inspiring vacation bus was not allowed to park in the side street as the underground parking has limit height. It’s was windy and cold March 17 and we all Walk to the nearest parking lot…. What’s way to start our anticipated pleasant tour. Hotel staff should accommodate this particular tour as mostly are senior citizen.

The floor of the room was not clean. There were white stains in the tatami mats (floors). We did not see them when we arrived in the evening but in the daylight they were very visible. Luckily we were on there one night to catch a flight home the next day. The hotel is in a very convenient location. We only had to walk across to the haneda airport. We were also able to use carts for our luggage so it made walking over to terminal 3 a breeze. The shopping area is also great and it had a lot of restaurant options.
