The staff and room were both good. We slept well in a king size bed. Parking was expensive but convenient. The Onsen was relaxing. Breakfast was the main disappointment, since I’m not a fan of runny scrambled eggs and undercooked bacon. The hotel is next door to the Tokyo Garden Theater, a convenience store and a large shopping mall.

I don't mind staying here again. Nice and quite. Just be aware catching training. Return at hotel before midnight before you miss the last train if you're using train for your preferred transportation in tokyo

Totally unprofessional people were working and they never said any greeting to guests , self check in system didn’t work properly and had to do checking in person. Same as check out as well. What kind system they have ?? During 2weeks trip I’ve booked twice with this Hotel and same thing has happened. Somehow they should be changed any system. The location is not good for tourists, only advantage is that Toyosu Market is walkable distance. Although they have shuttle services, only once a hour schedules are not enough. Also School trips students were staying at the hotel and occupied the coin Landry most of evening during my stay, and couldn’t use them. Room was every cold and I’ve used the air conditioning but because very hot and couldn’t get the right temperature . I was wrong to chose this hotel.

I like the overall cleanliness of aesthetics of the property, inside and out. There's a connection hallway that links the hotel to the shopping mall with lots of places to eat. If you are travelling with someone that has a hard time walking, it'd be better to stay elsewhere. While easy for regular people, it was a bit too far from the train station and shopping mall.

This property location is not good for tourists, it sort of isolated from a main city. If you would to do something in Ariake , it’s best place , but not for everyone. Although they have free shuttle bus services, every one hour is not convenient to use it. My room was very strange layout that natural light from shower and toilet booth. I never saw such as a strange room layout and didn’t like it . Hence I’ve paid for a public bath adjoining the hotel rather than have a shower in my room. Breakfast room has a very high ceiling and feels very cold.

I selected the hotel for its proximity -- less than a 10 minute walk -- to the Toyosu Market fish auction site. The auction takes place at 5:30 am, so the extra sleep time was great. The hotel's location was also convenient for departure to Haneda airport the next day, about midway between the airport and the main tourist areas of Tokyo. The hotel is very modern and sleek. The automated check-in system was a bit of hassle, especially late at night. I prefer a human receptionist.

Overall OK to stay. Washing machine/Dryer situation doesn’t work ended up having to dry clothing in the bedroom. We stayed 6 nights and asked for the room to be made up once over this time, came back to the pyjamas that were left on the bed thrown across the room.

First time in Japan. So, felt out of place only due to the language barrier. But, staff was/is very helpful, polite and very respectful. Front desk had these miniature translator to help with communicating. Ariake station is in walking distance from the hotel and they have an area for a taxi to pick you up. Definitely recommend this hotel!!

The hotel is conviniently located a short distance (about 10 minutes) walk to Tokyo Big Sight for conventions, it has a modern design and access to a shopping mall and onsen facility. It is further from the stations compared to daiwa and washington hotel, but the access to the facilities more than makes up for it. The room itself is spacious and well stocked, room service restocks items used such as bottled water and replaces items such as the mugs if it was used. The staff are also very friendly and all well equipped to assist non-japanese speaking patron with the help of the pocket translator. Overall this is a great location with equally great service, would definitely recommend!

Very clean and modern interior, large enough to open suitcases on the floor in your room. The hotel entrance was not easy to find at the first. Checking in and out was made really easy by hotel stuffs. I liked this hotel has good water pressure so guests could enjoy the ceiling shower and beautiful view of Tokyo bay.

Is a very nice hotel located in Koto area, surrounded by 2 rail/subway stations making really easy to move though Tokyo, also the ariake mall has a lot of dinning options, great experience.
