Rooms are a good size and it's fairly quiet at night. Everything is explained in English. Super convenient location near Shinjuku-sanchome station for access to major train lines. Family Mart konbini is just around the corner. Staff are very friendly.

This is a fabulous hotel to stay if you decide to stay in the Shinjuku area. The location is very quiet but only a short 10 minute walk to the station and main Shinjuku area. It’s was nice to be able to get away from that area and not be staying directly in the middle of it. The hotel is also located just across the road from the Golden Gai area. In the immediate area there is plenty of convenience stores and also cafes and restaurants. There is a McDonald a short walk away and also a Dominos pizza almost next door to the hotel. The hotel itself is spotless clean and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Check in is at 3pm however they are more than happy to store your baggage if you arrive early which I was. The room itself is small but perfect for me as a solo traveller. The bathroom was spotless with a fantastic shower and electric toilet! The bed was comfortable and the room was made up every day. I honestly could not fault this hotel for anything, it was brilliant for my 3 night stay in Shinjuku.

The photos are much better than the actual I think the APA is actually better. The beds were very hard and the pillows were not very comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Loved how close this was to shinjuku-sanchome station (c7 exit) and Shinjuku station - it feels like everything is within your reach. Especially great if you want to do day trips, though the Shinjuku area itself is just packed to the brim with things to check out. Plus, despite the close proximity to a bustling area, the hotel itself is very quiet and safe. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for one week in October 2023, as a solo traveler. It was perfect for a single person. The room is small but you have everything that you need. The room was very very quiet and I slept well every night. You’re close to a lot of great tourist things. I would highly recommend.

Nice hotel
Nice and clean, neatly tucked away in a back street. Maybe suited for singles or business trips rather than family groups, was very small and quite far from metro station/Shinjuku station

Nice Stay in Tokyo
It's a nice and clean hotel that is away from the crowded Shinjuku area, with about 5 to 15 mins walk depending on which exit or station you are coming from. Recommended to take a bus if there is one from the area you are coming from, it was much nearer compared to the train station exits! (Bus stop is opposite Nissin Company or at Nissin Company) Place was easy to locate, as it was near to Isetan extended carpark. And there was 1 convenient store just on the left corner. Booked a single pax room, and having heard stories of how small hotel room can be, I was surprise that the room size was very decent, even with my 30 inch luggage fully open, I still can walk around freely and place my purchases on the ground or on the bed. Bed was also bigger than expected. But was slightly hard and pillow was pretty flat and gets hot in the middle of the night. But overall was a nice stay!

Great property for a great price. Rooms were "cozy" for our family of 4, but we just needed a clean and comfortable room to sleep and this hotel delivered. Toothbrushes, room slippers and sleeping robes are all included. The optional breakfast is good to start your day, but convenience stores are very close by too with quick food and snack options. A very short walk to the nearest entrance of the local subway stop, and about a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station with lots to see on the way. Would recommend!

They had special pamphlets prepared for foreign travelers. Extremely polite staff who did their best on every interaction. The rooms were clean and well stocked with necessities travelers may forget. Though the room was small it made good use of its space. The one down side was the lack of outlets I would recommend bringing a power strip if traveling with another individual.

Pleased that there was an option of women only floor. Laundry/dryer machine worked properly. Although there’s a bit distance to nearby station, the location is quite okay if you don’t have big luggage.

A great location and good service from staff
Great location, near good restaurants and nightlife. Helpful staff. I would have liked if a breakfast voucher had been offered or mentioned when I checked in, to avoid confusion in the morning. A small but well arranged and comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious.

Hotel rooms are super tiny, definitely not manageable with 2 people in one room. My husband & I were having a VERY hard time in the hotel room because it was so small. Cleanliness isn’t great either. Do yourself a favor and stay at the blossom hotel super close by. I would definitely pass on this place

I’ll miss the breakfast staff so much, they treated me so kindly, I only wish I knew more Japanese to thank them. The hotel is good, close to Shinjuku. One of the best things however was that this hotel had the wall plug for bigger devices (three holes), I was able to charge my gaming laptop.
