It's a nice and clean hotel that is away from the crowded Shinjuku area, with about 5 to 15 mins walk depending on which exit or station you are coming from. Recommended to take a bus if there is one from the area you are coming from, it was much nearer compared to the train station exits! (Bus stop is opposite Nissin Company or at Nissin Company)
Place was easy to locate, as it was near to Isetan extended carpark. And there was 1 convenient store just on the left corner.
Booked a single pax room, and having heard stories of how small hotel room can be, I was surprise that the room size was very decent, even with my 30 inch luggage fully open, I still can walk around freely and place my purchases on the ground or on the bed.
Bed was also bigger than expected. But was slightly hard and pillow was pretty flat and gets hot in the middle of the night.
But overall was a nice stay!
