Small old room with the toughest spring bed I have ever laid on. Found a cheaper more luxurious hotel just a 3 minute walk called Karaksa Hotel Colors.

Great location. Terrific breakfast. Take the Yaesu Central exit from Tokyo Station. 5-10 minute walk. Small room but very well organized and clean

Close enough to Tokyo station. Non smoking room still had a slight smoking smell. We saw two other customers complaining about their rooms about their smell when we were checking in.

I thought the location was ideal! The room was super clean and the staff was very friendly. We were always greeted when we walked in. We were supplied with toothbrushes and pajamas, which was a nice touch. There was access to laundry as well as a microwaves, an ice machine and vending machines. We were also given coffee to have as well.’

Although the room was small that was expected. All the necessities were provided. The staff were all nice and very accommodating. Their level of service was as professional as a high end resort hotel. 10/10!

Stayed at this property when arriving and leaving Tokyo. Very convenient to access for Shinkansen and local trains. When weather is poor just drop under ground to the Tokyo station shopping and eating areas. One negative, the beds are super hard!!!!. OK for one night stay but you would be a cripple after two. Property is clean and quiet.
