Dear Guest,Thank you for staying with us and leaving us a great review.Regarding to the air conditioner, you can just adjust the air pressure level by the remote, according to your wish.Our cleaning policy is: Everyday we do the regular cleaning which includes(change the toilet paper, towels and trash)Every 4th day we will do the stay cleaning which includes (reguler cleaning+ bed making and vaccuming) Every 10 days we will dofull cleaning which inclues everything.And it is also mentioned in our websites.And for the T-shirt,we are sorry that we cound not found it from your room, as we have searched in your room, we have not found it and also we have confirmed with our cleaning staff and they also didnt found it in your room.And in case if we found any items from the guests room then we will keep it in the front office and our cleaning teams have not those types of bad records regarding to the left or forgetton items of the guest.And we would like to mention you that our hotel is just 4-5min walk from the ueno station if you take the Iriya exit so that you should not have to walked for the long time.Lastly, we have several hotels in Tokyo so that you can choose the best one which is helpful for you to make the movement to your next destination, Hope this will help you.Once again, thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to host you again at MIMARU TOKYO UENO EAST.
