My second time stay with this hotel! Love the space, the Skytree night view in my room, the dining options and transport within walkable distance! There is direct bus just outside the hotel to another train station which is very convenient to most tourist places. Love the selection of teas available for hotel guests! But room is slightly dusty and the bed is on the hard side but both still acceptable to me! :) affordable hotel for the amount of space and location in Tokyo. :)

Highly recommend this hotel! Enjoyed uninterrupted views of Skytree Tower from both the room and rooftop. The staff's attention to detail was exceptional; they even went out of their way to wipe down luggage that got wet during our arrival in the rain, ensuring it was safely stored. Outstanding service!

Good location. Direct train to and from Narita and Haneda. 3min to subway and Skytree. Restaurants , Life supermarket and convenient stores around the corner. Will definitely stay there again next time.

The room had a really nice design that makes it attractive for a one-night stay. Past one night you'll find the stains on the wall a little off-putting, especially for a hotel that was most expensive during my stay in Japan.

Great vibe when first walked into the property. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Room was very clean and staff did and excellent job kerping it tgat way everyday. Roof top view was amazing and love the couches that aloow guests to chill while enjoying the view. Location was great. All the needed shops and restaurants are close by amd station was very walkable. Not to mention it's conveniently connected to Narita airport route. Overall. Absolutely amazing and I won't hesitate to return again on my next visit.

The location view is good. Especially the rooftop view. Toilet is dirty, can black thing sticky in inside toilet. Not bathtub in the room. Breakfast not included. Room is small and not convent to put things. The table is triangle shape, very hard put things at the edge.

The staff was very friendly and this hotel is value for what we paid for. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples travelling or solo travelers for the following reasons: 1. Location - The hotel is strategically located near the train station and bus stations. The Tokyo Skytree is also a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. If you are planning to go to Disneyland/Disneysea. There is a bus that goes to and from the Tokyo Skytree. There is also a bus that goes to both airports at that location as well. 2 Lots of Shops (Skytree) and Restaurants nearby 3 You get an awesome photo spot of the Tokyo Skytree from the rooftop of this hotel

It’s our first time in Japan and we were jet lagged and tired. They normally check people in 3 pm and early check in has a fee, but they let us check in at 2 pm at no cost. We really appreciated that. Easy access to Oshiage train station and walking distance to the beautiful Tokyo Sky Tree and shopping mall. We enjoyed Kura Sushi that is right by the train station as well and Family Mart close by. Very convenient location, lovely staff that speak English very well and truly care. They helped us with luggage delivery services - as it was our first time using such a service they explained it thoroughly. The rooms are fairly sized - not as spacious but typical for this country. We loved our experience and we know you will too. ☺️

Perfection!
Loved everything about it. Location is perfect. Beautiful terrace with wonderful views. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Delicious tea and treats daily. Walking distance to train station si many shops, restaurants. Try Kura and go to the Solamanchi shopping mall it is so big and has awesome shops and so many restaurants. Even a Din Tai Fung!!!

Hotel is located very near to Sky Tree and there are a couple of malls there. Shopping and eating options are superb. The rooftop of hotel offers an excellent view of Sky Tree. A really good place to chill out. Free storage of luggage available and I can travel outside of Tokyo with ease. I'm coming back to One@Tokyo hotel.

I love that the hotel is clean and quiet. The housekeeping was attentive. The area was safe and was an easy walk to Sky Tree and the train stations.

The hotel is in a fairly quieter area. Few stations are just minutes walking distance, with elevators which is convenient for people with luggage. The most highlighted point is Keisei lines from/to narita airport stops here.

Great place to stay. Not far from Tokyo Sky Tree and lots of great food and shopping. Really nice place and there is an Akura close too which is a great spot for sushi at a very affordable price.

Love the desgin of architect Kengo Kuma san. The room with enough space to store the luggages and the purchased stuffs even it's small. The window can open with certain angle for fresh air & able to view Tokyo SkyTree. The roof top with great day and night view to Tokyo SkyTree & Oshiage station. The lobby with good enough area for gathering/sharing foods & drinks which also provided basic amenity like hot water, cold water with lemon, cutlery, wet tissue, etc. It's walking distance from Oshiage station and 5 mins walk to Tokyo SkyTree. There're AEON supermarket just opposite to the hotel which open up to midnight. There's Yoshinoya just next to the hotel which opens 24x7. Within 5 mins walk, there're a few convenience stores and one coin laundry shop within 10 mins walk with great night view of Tokyo SkyTree at the bridge just in front of shop. All the staffs are all very helpful and nice. The only thing I would like the hotel to improve is the ventilation surface and the dust screen/filter of the room should clean regularly. Overall it's great hotel with high CP ratio

The staff was very nice and the place was spotless clean. One thing that was disappointing was the architecture of it all. They definitely went cheap in materials and construction and it really showed. For a place that try to sell the designer built, that’s was a big loss.
