Stayed for five nights and the place is close to train stations and have convenient store just infront of the hotel.. the only thing I didn't like was the futons have blood stains and the room is not cleaned up enough. It's dusty on top of the air conditioner and they didn't have enough towels for the people I included in the reservation.. I would be nice if they have house keeping service at least every other and add more towels and kitchen towels too.

Staff were friendly. The room was very large completed to other locations we stayed but there was a distinct smell like sewage in one area that was very strong. We liked that it was close to the subway and 7-11. It would have been helpful to have a few more towels or a standing mirror somewhere. Our flight was delayed 20 hours and the hotel said they do not refund even though we couldn’t arrive on time.

Stay 3 nights in this apartment hotel. Front desk open only normal hours and staff was friendly to guide us on self-check-in. Room size was ok for 5 adults, it's clean and beddings are comfortable. The room comes with a pantry well-equipped with 2-in-1 oven, fridge, stove, sink, cups, plates & cutlery and washer. Minor drawback is that there is no complimentary drinking water, coffee/tea, and there is no daily cleaning services nor amenities which is typical for apartment type hotel, but it's ok as we're staying only 3 nights. There is limited eateries/restaurant in the vicinity but there are a couple of of 24hr convenience stores nearby. As we're driving, we are able to park our car in the small pay car park beside the hotel, so it's quite convenient though the parking fee is a little expensive as in the case of most part of Tokyo, especially in the city area. Overall, we're happy with our stays and will consider the hotel for our future trip.

Right across 7-11, great place for a family. Spacious and provides the basic amenities. It’s about a 10-15min walk to mikawashima station and Machiya station about 5-7 min walk from apartment.

Place was fine, decent stay for 4 nights in Tokyo. The unit was a bit dirty (lots of dust in certain areas, stains on walls), and noise was a problem (can hear people talking and chairs scraping in adjacent units; party going on our first night, can hear lots of people running up and down the stairs, singing, and being rowdy until past 2 AM). Other than that, reception was helpful, no issues checking in or out, and unit is updated with good amenities.

Some of Beds and Towels already used by previous guests. . The flooring carpet too dirty to walk on without slippers or shoes. Booking was for 3 days but could not stay more than 30 minutes only to use the WIFI to make a new booking in another hotel before getting out and forgetting about the money, as it had been booked on non-refundable basis.

The property is not maintained well. The sheets and sofas were stained. Heavy smell to point where we could not stay there any longer. I cancelled and moved it without staying. It is not a 8.8 rated. It should be rated 5 or 6. For the price point we could get very good places to stay in Tokyo

The hotel was walking distance from the train station, opposite to a 7/11 convenience store and reception was open till 10pm. The fridge and cooking microwave worked well, but we couldn’t figure out the stove. We couldn’t find a plug, so we hand washed all dishes with running water. There is no wall safe to store any valuables. The bath/shower room was alright. It had multiple lighting settings and the water temperature was set using an electronic system. At one point the shower floor did start to flood and we discovered a dirty wipe that was covering the drain. Really gross. It looked like someone had, at one stage, thrown up in the toilet as there were splatter stains on the bottom of the walls around the toilet. The reception staff were limited with their English, but friendly. We had 5 beds. The linen was reasonably clean but probably needed an upgrade. The washing machine, air conditioner TV and clothes drying rack worked well. The door was locked using a pin system and there were slippers provided for the week. If you needed to dispose of garbage, it could be placed outside the door before 10am. Same with any towels. Our view was a car park out the back of the building. It didn’t bother us as we kept the blinds down and were out touring most of the time.

We stayed in this hotel is the last 7 days and found we have a very pleasant experience. It is very closed to train station and got a convenience store just opposite the hotel. Definitely will come back for our next trip to Tokyo.

This was a nice quiet neighborhood with subway close by. There was a 7-11 across the street that was open 24 hrs. The hotel was nice, clean and staff were nice. would recommend this for families visiting Tokyo.

Highly Recommend Place
The place is near the Machiya Train station and conveniently located were all restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. The staff were very accommodating and helpful special shoutout to Yasu and Tahei. The room is right for a family of 5 with complete kitchen aids at the kitchen, laundry machine and nice comfort room. The price is cheap for the level of service they provided is totally high class👍

Good place and valuable to stay. The room is very clean. The bathroom is awesome! The room is not too big and not too small. Staffs are very helpful.
