Second time in this hotel. It shown signs of run down, bathroom stinks and moth built up in bathtub everywhere. Porters not eager to help with luggage and staff at front reception chat and constantly checking with their phone. Hotel rates are extremely high due to convenience location; airport limousine bus stops at front entrance on 5th floor. It’s a plus if you don’t want to go through the subway with multiple luggage. If you don’t need to be close to Shibuya crossing , go somewhere else.

Amazing location in the heart of Tokyo. Right at the famous Shibuya scramble crossing. Lots of food locations and easy acesss to the subway lines and JR lines.

It was very convenient being right in shibuya crossing. Everything is easily accessible. The only opportunity would be the size of the bed was very tiny

Staff at this hotel were so kind to us after I made an error with my booking dates. We were very impressed! Loved the hotel. Busy area bit hotel was quiet, clean, and convenient. Lots to see and eat just outside the hotel!

Very convenient location, great view of Scramble Crossing from the end of the hall, and the room had a good amount of space for a Japanese hotel. The staff actually came to find me two different times to return 500 yen they thought I lost when buying laundry detergent / splitting a bill (I'm still not sure that there was any mistake made, but they were sure to make it right!) Anyway, good stuff. I didn't love the laundry machines (price or time taken to dry things), but that might just be normal for Japanese laundry machines.

Great outside elevators. Rooms very spacious but if touched up with a bit of paint it would appear brand new. Great location with lots of reataurants easy walking distance

Exceptional views of shibuya crossing from the hotel. The interior of the rooms, in particular the washroom, are much more dated than I expected, but they were very spacious for Tokyo standards.

The staff was really nice but our room felt old and worn down. The bathroom floor felt uneven and the tub shifted as you used it like it wasn’t set in properly. The hotel is super convenient since it’s connected to the station and there’s also an airport bus that will take you directly to Haneda or Narita so you just have to weigh the pros and cons.

Our third stay here. It's not the fanciest hotel in the world, but a good staff and a great location right by the Shibuya Station and Scramble Crossing. Good beds. Lots of shopping and dining in the area,

I loved the area of this hotel. It was confusing finding, but that’s because it’s inside of building. It’s great if you are staying within Tokyo areas and shopping districts.

The staff was super attentive and courteous, this hotel was right in front of scramble crossing, and sits above a three story mall. The area is well lit and clean. There are a couple homeless people in the area- which I suppose is to be expected in almost any metropolitan areas.10/10 would recommend

The hotel is right in the heart of Tokyo. Many restaurants and shopping right as you walk out of the hotel. The Shibuya Station, a major transportation hub is directly across the road.(as well as the Shibuya Scramble!) Check in on the fifth floor. Safe and clean area. Transportation from the Narita Airport to Shibuya Station very easy. Take the Narita Express from the airport directly to Shibuya Station. Reasonably priced for the location. Despite the busy area, the hotel was very quiet. Ask for a room on a high floor for a great view of the scramble and Tokyo pedestrains. Rooms are basic and very clean. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant. (pizza) It was very good. My husband left his backpack on the train and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help him locate it! They immediately called the train station lost and found. Someone turned it in! We could not have found it without their help. We will stay here again if we are ever in Tokyo.

Really enjoyed our stay here in Shibuya. It’s literally an elevator ride down to the infamous Shibuya Crossing, Hachiko’s statue and the hustle and bustle of shopping and food and gacha in Shibuya. It is also a 15 minute walk to Yoyogi Park and about 20 minute walk to Harajuku/Omotoesando! Really loved this hotel. Super peaceful to sleep at night and great luggage forwarding service.

This hotel was amazing. We had a great view of the Shibuy sky building. The staff was very helpful and kind. They help us with our laugage delivery to our next destination. The hotel was easy to find and great access to the train stations. I will stay here again on my next trip to Japan.

Nice hotel, but quite expensive. Breakfast was good but very expensive compared to eating out in Tokyo. Location was good, right at Shibuya crossing with train station next door.

Very busy area which is great to be in to get around easy. Very close to Shibuya station. The hotel itself wasn't anything spectacular and cleanliness of room was slightly concerning. Found a sock behind a chair and a billfold on the desk when checked in that should have been easily seen by cleaning staff. That concerns me as to what else they missed. Staff at lobby were in general good except for one gentleman who attempted to block me from accessing the front desk when I returned from being out. It was closet to nighttime and I had a question for the front desk. Instead of welcoming a potential guest to the hotel he said hello and blocked my way. Very offputting. He could of said oh hello are you a guest rather than just being physically intimidating. So if you want to be close to Shibuya crossing and station then this could work for you but honestly for the price and what you actually get you might want to look elsewhere.
