The hotel is in a good location for transport links. We were able to travel around tokyo with ease. The hotel is in good condition and is very clean. Staff members were very friendly and even allowed us to check in early because they saw our children were very tired. The free coffee at reception was a nice touch. The room was very small and had no storeage space but i found this to be normal in Japan.

The staff were exceedingly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small (expected in Tokyo), but it felt like we were getting to experience life in Tokyo for an extended stay here. It became a core part of our memories made here. You’re very close to Awajicho station (2min walk to exit/entrance A5) and maybe five minutes from Shin-Ochanomizu with a few others just a little further away. About a 10 minute walk into Akihabara as well! The neighborhood was very cute and quickly felt like home. You have a bunch of great options for food and drinks close by. Great if you’re looking for an area that is calm and tranquil on your vacation.

Room was quite nice and spacious. Provided all the essential necessities and the staff were very helpful when we had queries regarding our stay. Short walk from the metro and other JR stations and close to Akihabara. Very satisfied with the stay!

The staff here are all awesome and very helpful! Our room was always stocked with ammenities that we needed and cleaned very well each time. The hotel is in walking distance to public transport and there are convenience stores nearby for anything you need. The room is small but cozy. It was a great stay for us while we were in Tokyo!

Delightful Boutique Hotel
A delightful boutique hotel beautifully situated in a quiet street near the very centre of Tokyo and right next to Awajicho Metro Station. It has beautifully clean, well-designed rooms, helpful and friendly staff and delicious free doughnuts and coffee. Highly recommended.

The staff was great. The area has many options for transportation. The rooms are clean. The rooms were tiny, but you are only sleeping there, so that isn’t a big deal.

This hotel was great for our family. The room with two beds are quite spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. Its clean and has a modern design. The kids loved the free donuts in the lobby. One thing that can be improved is probably the addition of more washer and dryer since there is only one. The location is walkable to the center of Akihabara but also far enough that its quiet around the hotel.

It is a great hotel except the house keeping is a bit off and you can adjust the room temperature in your room. I have to open the window, you can only opened a tiny bit of window

Great little hotel. Room is small but that’s pretty much most hotels in Tokyo. Dry clean and friendly staff. Also free coffee and donuts in lobby for your enjoyment. The area is quiet and has several metro within walking distance of just a few minutes. Stayed here twice and would book again!

We stayed here for a week and had three rooms. The staff was friendly. The property was well maintained and was very close to several subway stops. The furthest one was a 10 minute walk to the JR station but there's literally a subway stop 1 block away from this hotel that you'll likely need more often than the JR. Food options around the hotel are neither great nor horrible, but you're a train stop away from major areas with better options. The couple small things that I thought could be better were: 1) the bathroom doesn't vent/dry out without the door open. and it smells moldy as a result. You can air it out easily into the room but then the room is super humid from using the shower and you have to open the window or front door to vent the entire room. 2) the daily snack they offer seems to have been reduced from what is on their site. The site shows things like croissants, donuts, and other treats, but it was the same each day we were there and was just mini donuts that we didn't find that appetizing and 3) the desk is very small in the room. It's just big enough for a laptop really without ethernet connections. So you are dependent on the wifi - which worked fine for us. But if you are doing something high bandwidth, you won't find a connection here. And it would be very hard to have a book open or second screen to do work here. You'd have to go to the main lobby to do that, as several guests were doing throughout the week.

Very good hotel!! The staff was very helpful with all our questions. They also have luggage services meaning they help you to send your luggage to your next hotel or to the airport. Just remember that you need to send the luggage 2 days in advance to your flight date. Also the hotel is super close to the Awajicho exit 5. This station is part of the private metro lines (so JR pass doesn’t work) but it has direct connection with Tokyo Station, therefore it is very convenient. The rool was very comfortable.

Fabulous hotel for the money and great location
The hotel is very nice. The WiFi service was bad so definitely rent a pocket WiFi at the airport for your stay. It is VERY conveniently located, in a great neighborhood and easy access to popular train lines. The breakfast coupons are definitely worth buying as the offerings rotate daily and the hours are great. There are no English channels on the tv, and thermostats are tricky to work, but I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Japanese hospitality, kind and courteous staff, clean room with all the basics.lose to everything you need. Train station just 1-2mins walk. However, would have liked the option of a few English TV channels. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Hotel is older and housekeeping missed a few small areas like top of outlets and behind toilet. Also not enough power outlets in room. We stayed in 901. Breakfast is good with at least one meat in addition to boiled eggs food was good.
