The hotel was clean, and the reception desk was helpful. The price was reasonable. But we found a cleaning staff left my used glass and spoon on the table one day, and on another day, my room TV was turned on when we returned. (It was loud, and we were surprised that the cleaning staff didn't notice it when they closed the door. The other day, the room AC was turned off when we came back from outside when it was 90 degrees in summer. The location is good, which is right across the street from Omori Kaigan station. But express trains do not stop at the station. So, it was a little inconvenient, but it is still convenient. Lastly, I stayed in a station side room and could see so-called "love hotels"(cheap hotels where you can either stay for a few hours or the whole night) from my window. It was not a pleasant view.
