Our first time in Japan but the hotel although small as expected but very clean and quiet. The location is just perfect. We did the hop on hop off bus and the stop was 2 min walk from the hotel. Everything is 2-5 min walk to metro, resto and shopping!

Area was just perfect away from the heart of main busy district with 2 big shopping centre right at the door steps and the market street walking distance. Hotel room was small but other qualities definitely made up for it. Train stations were all close by too which was great going places. This hotel is located near multiple train stations and easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. The room was smaller than I wanted but it is the average size room for hotels in Tokyo. Staff are super nice and they provide free coffee and tea, and 1 bottle of water daily. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is in a very nice area. Convenient to the large Ueno Station. There are lots of shops around the area and it is very walkable. It is close to Ueno Park which has a beautiful pond. The hotel itself is safe and quiet with the usual amenities expected in a Japanese mid-range hotel. The only critique I have is that the room. I would rate cleanliness 3/5 and there were some wall markings. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
