"Booked for Harbour view king bed for 4 nights fm 2-6 May. Check-in was smooth and their services were fantastic. The room was big and the view was awesome too. MTR station (exit P1) within 3 mins but still need to walk around 5-8 mins underground to reach the main control station. Overall, the stays were good and we enjoyed it. "

"Booked a club lounge access room which overlooked the pool and ofcourse amazing views of Hong Kong. Service in the club lounge was amazing and choice of foods and drinks just perfect. The size of room we had and style on 19th floor was spacious, quiet and the layout very thoughtful. The team in the club lounge did an excellent job and very attentive to keep our glasses topped up. The ambience really made us relax and the ability to drop in for refreshments allowed us to make the most of our busy schedule. The filter water tap in the room is great to see instead of endless bottles of water. Breakfast in the main restaurant offered so many options and the food was fresh and well presented. My handbag liked the extra attention to get a cover over the seat too. Great service. "

"The service is excellent. All the staffs there are very helpful and they really go out of their way making sure that we get what we want. This hotel is located at the Victoria Habor that make it a plus for my stayed, except they don't have a lot of choices about the restaurants. It's a little inconvenient for foods lover like me, but to make up for that i got the best view of the Harbor and all the shoppings are near by. I will definitely come back to stay here again. Thank you to all the staffs, especially to the hotel managers who really tried to make sure our stayed are comfortable and relaxing vacation while we are in Hongkong. "
