Great service, beautiful rooms and well located

This hotel is real masterpiece, real Venetian heritage, Palazzo. I felt myself a Queen in the hotel. Breakfast is perfect. Good variety of choices. Interior design of the hotel is amazing. It's all you need in Venice, authentic style and high class service.

Very near the Venice train station. Hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly in showing you a map of venice and the things to look out for. As the room wasnt ready, the hotel staff kept our luggage and even sent them to our rooms so by the time we got back to the hotel at night, all we had to do was go up to our room. Only minor complain is that we only found only 1 electric socket inside the room.

Wonderful service. Hotel is a bit far from the centre but has the charm of being by the coast, a great breakfast and service. Room was a bit tight but as to be expected in Venice. Would return

Upon arrival, we were given a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room. The room was big with free coffee machine and umbrellas provided in the room. The food and restaurant recommendation from the front desk staff was always delicious! Thank you very much for making my stay at Venice an amazing one!

We were amazed by the decration of the spacious room. Can see the owner has spent alot of effort and dig into every detail of the room. Hotel is 3 mins walk from the water bus stop, so u wont have to walk into venice maze(if anyone knoe what i mean) searching for your hotel. Breakfast is amazing and complete. Unlike usual breakfast with minimum food items, they have amazing breakfast spread for a 3 star hotel.

Alberto the night concierge was a gem. Gave us great dinner recommendations, and was ever so helpful and friendly. Always coaxing a smile from my unwell daughter. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short hop from the train station. Easy to push our luggage from the station. The water bus and taxi super accessible, loads of restaurants and shops just outside our quiet street. Highly recommended
