Best part of this hotel was its location. Directly placed above the metro subway zero noise. Tulip coffee (better than star bucks) is in next building no walking required to grab a coffee. Family mart, 7/11 all places in basement (subway) connected through hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone., much better than others as they were inside Shinjuku area with a lot of noise. This one required 5-7 min walking to main Shinjuku area but having underground metro directly below...

Great place to stay. From food to shopping and Family Mart is just minutes away. Major train logistics are very near.

very interesting hotel due to the godzilla theme. located right in the heart of shinjuku. the narita air port bus drop me about 2mins away from the hotel. otherwise, it's actually about 5 to 10mins away from mrt I stayed on the top floor. the room is spacious with a nice view. bed, toilet, etc all the necessary amenities are all there. there is common water dispenser on every floor. the staff is helpful and promptly assisted us with check in/out process. there's some godzilla items give to...

Comfortable rooms with large beds but minimal walk space. Lovely balcony facing the park. Bathtub was a tad small but works fine. Room lighting was a little dim (especially for makeup) but ok after drawing the curtains. Near a few train stations but will need to travel a little for food.

Beautiful lobby and hotel is conveniently located, near to main station, with shopping and dining options. Nice room with good city view. The maintenance of the amenities in the room can be improved. Senior receptionist is thoughtful. He switched on the train display at the lobby when he noticed us looking intently at the beautiful display. He even offered to take a family photo for us with the display, and gave train stickers to my children. He makes the stay there more pleasant as a result....

It's a great location for you to explore Asakusa on foot and around Tokyo. Liked the fact they have a laundry room but be prepared to wait.

Very new hotel, very clean, friendly staffs

Hotel was conveniently sandwiched between the big three convenience stores (7/11, Lawson and FamilyMart which is literally on the 2nd floor of the hotel). There's also a Donki store at the opposite side too! Really thankful as well that the hotel was minutes away from Kinshicho train station which is conveniently 3 stops away from Akihabara. It made travelling around tokyo much easier compared to our other stays when we last visited Japan. Room was clean and spacious( we got a queen sized bed)...

Nice clean comfy stay! Room was slightly small for 2 big lugagge but still able to accommodate and move around. Location is abit further from the train station (Tochomae) and quite a far walk (20mins) to Shinjuku main station. Really quiet neighbourhood across the park. Very nice bakery for breakfast options and decent coffee too. Only thing lacking was the number of power sockets available in the room for charging devices.

To have visitors pick up the toiletries from the lobby is an excellent idea to reduce wastage of resources. The toiletries were of good quality. Hotel is conveniently linked to a Family Mart, making any snack and supper purchase convenient. The breakfast has a good spread too.
