"I stay at Hyde Park Superior most weeks when I'm in London for work. The staff are always pleasent & welcoming. The apartments are nice, some better than others as they are being updated. The communial areas have recently been decorated, the carpet needs changing as there a few stains but other than that. Reception is in a different building a few doors down but they have a whatsapp chat service which works well and the reception team are very attentive. For the price and location it's good for...

"Fantastic property, friendly and helpful staff. The advertising of the pool facilities were a little miss leading - you had to be staying a minimum of 7 nights to be able to have free access to the pool."

"This is a very well equipped hotel in a convenient location - great value for money. We have stayed here several times. The only criticism I have this time is that there seems to currently be an issue with the hot water pipes - they are very noisy! Hopefully this will soon be fixed."
