"Nice owner, even there is an IT system failure and my booking didn’t go through to them, they still get me accommodated. I arrived late around 2300, not able to find the property, call them and call answer straight away. Clean nice room. Very high standard for a guest house. I would say hotel grade as I have been a hotel manager in most of my career in hospitality industry. "

"Best spa i have ever been to. Been to alot of spa's up the north of england but this one blows them all away, low wood offers a budget and more exclusive packages that suit your needs. All areas were clean to a high standard and the on site resturant and bar are a bonus. Breakfast was more than what most places offer. "

"And older property that is tired. However, the room was very quiet despite being next to a door and lift. With the window open 6" it was warm and comfortable. Lots of hot water and a very handy but limited (paid) car parking. AND the view over Windermere was FAB!!!!! However, BE CAREFUL when entering and exiting the car parking to the main road - blind corner."
