"Excellent location! We didn’t try any of the food at the hotel since we were so close to so many restaurants… but the hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Sleeping was very comfortable and the tub is as well. The only downside was the hot tub jets didn’t work, only the bubbler did. It’s really easy to get around from the hotel so if you want to explore Seoul, this is an excellent place to start."

Yes, there was a cancellation policy, but there should be some leniency for circumstances beyond an individual’s control. I would understand if they needed to keep some of it, but they kept over $1,000. That is unethical."

"There was a cockroach in the drain when I went first went into the room. On top of that, there was a pair of moldy slippers in the corner. Shortened my stay and moved to a proper hotel. 생각만해도 소름 돋는다. "
