"What a beautiful hotel with such lovely attention to detail! It’s clean, modern, convenient, has friendly staff and is directly on top of some fun shops and amenities!!! It’s walking distance to public transport, close to Shibuya scramble and great shops. My only issue was that I didn’t have space to keep my luggage bag open, as the floor space is very limited, so I had to climb over my bag or pack it up and away each time I used it. Overall a wonderful hotel and I can’t wait to return!"

What makes this property stand out is the on-site Onsen, conveniently located near the laundry and snack shop. The location is unbeatable—literally seconds from the subway and multiple convenience stores, with great dining options just steps away. Shinjuku was about a 15min walk or short ride on the subway. To top it off, the staff is incredibly accommodating and handled our luggage storage seamlessly both before check-in and after checkout.""

"We were in residence double room. It is a lot bigger than the comfort double room. There is space to open your luggage. We also had a small kitchenette and a washer/dryer in the unit. These were very useful. The hotel is close to the metro station. It is also walking distance to Shinjuku. There are several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Neighborhood was quiet. Staff were very friendly. I strongly recommend this hotel. "
