"Although we liked this property for the location and the convenience of being close tobthe train station, I didnt like the check in procedure. When we arived there was no one there even though they say the desk is open 9am-10pm. We tried to call and message with no luck for a few hours so we were stuck with our luggage until someone showed up. They are not clear about check in and state you much contact them at least 24 hours before arrival but make it seem like you need to do that if you are...

"Our reservations at Hotel Falier was great and everything went very smoothly. The staff (Julia) was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located adjacent to one of the canals, not to far from the "terminal station" (drop off point) that you can walk from...with only two bridges to cross. The hotel is also located within a nice shopping area for restaurants and a variety of shops. All in all we were very satisied with our choice to stay at Hotel Falier. "
