"A well equipped, large 2 bedroom apartment. Ample parking. Easy to find. Central Fort William is not on the doorstep, but still walkable. Good internet. Only one downside, and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is the beds. I don't know how old the mattresses are, but they are kind of lumpy and I left a body shaped dent in mine when I got up (and I'm not a large person) - they need replacing. "I was allocated a very comfortable room with a small outside patio area accessed through the patio doors. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. "Just that there is no one at the reception in the morning like we stayed for 2 nights. After 1 night I had questions and there was no one to talk to and the next day after checkout when we wanted to exit the gate and the automatic control was not working it had to be manually controlled and there was no one for that. "It was what we were expecting which was good. It was simple and clean/tidy. Decor was dated but we did expect this being rated a 3 star anyway. Nice extra of 2 dogs bowls and mat in the room ready for our small dog. Just a shame that dogs aren't allowed in the main hotel to have breakfast so we chose to not have breakfast there, otherwise we would have. "
