Skirting boards around the window, the bin in bathroom everytime you went to put your foot on the peddle the bin toppled ovet so i had to use my hands. " Sent from my iPhone Begin forwarded message: This is a lovely hotel in Hastings. The location is perfect - right on the seafront, but set back which reduces the noise from the road and walking distance to the old Town. It is a classic Georgian building and beautifully refurbished with lovely large comfortable rooms, complete with fridge and large screen tv. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We have stayed in Hastings many times over 15 years and this is our favourite hotel. "

"Good location, right opposite the pier and excellent for the promenade / beach. Took about 15/20 mins to walk into town. S good selection of restaurants on Terminus Rd which was about 5 mins walk away. On street parking (via permits from the hotel) for £2.20 a day, which was very reasonable. Room was good, with sea views, and everything we needed. All in all a good value hotel, I’d stay here again if I came back to Eastbourne. "
