"Excellent hotel, great breakfast however, shuttle service to airport is not accurate so don’t rely on the schedule shows in reception area, we were almost going to miss our flight and eventually i had to call Bolt, other than that hotel is clean and nice"

"Last minute flight delays required me to find a hotel for the night and this was surprisingly the best value option either in or near Terminal 5. Pretty sure the regular rate was much higher so guessing the £150 I paid was due to extra vacancies available. Recommend if you can get it cheap and/or you want a hotel right on T5 as it was very convenient for my trip early the next day."
