"Bed was on lean so legs higher than head. Mattress old and sank in middle and to the side. Rooms were hot even with aircon cranked and middle winter. Very run down, lifts not working. Hallways smelt of sewer in mornings. Paper thin walls - could hear neighbours conversations. Breakfast was average and long waits if you wanted fresh eggs or omelette"

"Room was clean and quite spacious. Love that we could open windows and had a little balcony. Room temp control was a bit temperamental but eventually managed to turn aircon off. Breakfast was great with lots of hot/cold options and a decent coffee machine. Evacuation added some excitement to the stay late at night. Had to wait outside while fireys investigated - seems it was a wiring issue."

"Location is brilliant - just across the road from the Southern Cross Station where Skybus provides express passage to/from the airport. Also lots of food options, convenience stores and shopping nearby. Checking in/out was a breeze and the staff (including housekeeping) always helpful. We are grateful for a small grace period given to check out a wee bit later. Facilities - we didn’t use but a more than adequate gym and a decent swimming pool. Room was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. Basic amenities were there together with a good refrigerator, great smart TV and in-room safe. My only gripe was the bit of morning light seeping in from the sides of the roller blinds. But that’s me - I tend to wake up late. Thanks, Atlantis!"
