"This was probably the most strange booking iv done. The room was located in a beautiful hotel. The hotel reception didnt have anything with the room to do. So no information on how to check in or check out. No information pamflet in the room. I was not allowed to use any of the hotel facilities except the restaurant. So very strange will not book again."

"選這酒店的朋友，一定要十分審慎，必須指明要訂「海景」（SEAVIEW）⋯⋯我就是一時失策，沒有訂海景房，最後我獲派的房間竟然是面對住一座幾層高的停車場。我的露台就是面對住那停車場，相隔雖然有近百呎，但感覺就像活在高樓之間的夾縫。而且露台跟停車場之間建了一個商場走道鑄鐵篷頂，連街景也沒法可看。另外，這建築物的分體冷氣摩打就放在露台，所以基本上露台就是廢氣集中點，有露台等於沒有。對這一點，我是頗為失望的。 另外，房間的清潔做得不敢恭維，桌面、櫃面都鋪了灰塵。杯子有漬，㕑房的灶頭因為不是用電磁爐，所以陳舊得很。房內的地氈，懷疑有蚤。 酒店的服務人員則十分盡責，我們事前要求借用電飯煲。本來房間沒有，他們也特別張羅一個給我們。 這酒店位於檳城的STRAITS QUAY，那邊都是高尚豪宅，商場有食肆，有超市，但因為是豪宅區，不要期望便宜。要體驗住豪宅的日常，可以一試。"
