Thank you for your review. We always listen to feedback, so we are sorry you didn't appreciate the décor. I am sure our Eco Villas would have impressed you with their modern look if the vintage traditional suites didn't appeal to you. Every suite and villa is different but all are very comfortable and quiet. Weekends book out quickly so advance notice ensures guests get the room they want. Apart from that, glad the mountain views and generous breakfast basket ticked the boxes. Hope to see you again to try the alternative.

Hi Charlie, Thanks for your kind review. I might mention the suites are all the same size, looking to the magnificent view. We also have 2 eco villas a romantic alternative, looking into the forest. I am so glad you enjoyed your experience at Wallaby Ridge and we so enjoy direct contact with our guests to understand their booking needs. Thanks for your review Noela. The house is set up for either a couples escape, with the self contained suites or perfect for a group getaway (especially with our extra 2 cottages for a larger group), so glad you appreciated this. Canungra - 10 minutes easy drive, has a some great dining options, including the Hotels courtesy bus. We are used to the mountain drive and we don't think twice about visiting some of the gems up there if we find time. We offer cooked meals by arrangement too if you don't want to venture out after dark. Maybe on your next visit perhaps?

Most of us enjoy a sleep in when the opportunity arises or if you have to get on those walking tracks and beat the heat, that early getaway is also an option.
