"This was an amazing property. I wish I had known that we couldn’t swim in the ocean at the resort due to the rip currents and extreme waves prior to making our reservation. We were able to go to the public beach (definitely recommend) it was just a short uber ride away and we were able to swim with all the fish. We had a great time regardless of that. The food was good compared to the all inclusive we stayed at last yr in Cancun"

"This was our second visit to Marquis in less than a year and it was even better than the first time. The staff are so friendly (shout outs to Adrianna and Anna) and make you feel so at home. The vibe at the place is terrific. It's not a party place. It's chill and always clean and well maintained. The food was also excellent. From the taco station by the pools to gourmet dinners, everything was terrific. Some resorts are bigger and have more bells and whistles, but Marquis is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation."

"This place is one of a kind. Service, amenities and food is excellent. Though tours and spa is extremely overpriced there is enough promotions that one can use to pay for them. We did have one hiccup though - we signed up for a tour to the city to do art walk, the day came … we waited in the lobby and 50 mins after our pick up time the concierge came to tell us that it is canceled. No one told us even though I made sure to check constantly even 3 hours before hand. They tried to make it up to us and paid for a taxi for us to go into town and offered us upgrade (1 year validity) but since we couldn’t promise to return in a year I didn’t find it that helpful (no flexibility to extend by even a month) …. I thought this was a bit distasteful even knowing we just become members during this trip ;( I hope they can exercise better flexibility for memebers when we just fished out tens of thousands of dollars… I hope to write to the manager and see what can be done. Other than this we were very pleased with our stay!"

The service was truly exceptional—honestly a 20/10. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. We felt treated like royalty throughout our stay. The resort itself is incredibly private, peaceful, and stunningly beautiful. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling pretentious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every corner of the property is immaculate, and the attention to detail is second to none. If you’re looking for true luxury, privacy, and world-class hospitality, Las Ventanas exceeds every expectation. We can’t wait to return. Special things to Samuel and Gerson our butlers for making her stay exceptional♥️"

"We had the swim up room and it was absolutely WONDERFUL! My husband and I traveled without any kids so it was nice to have the swim up room facing the adult pool. The variety of food options was great…restaurant, outside barefoot grill, 24-hour room service. Great nightly entertainment for adults (live band) and children (current movies on an outside screen). Only downside is that you cannot swim at the beach at the hotel because it is too dangerous. Watching the waves day and night was extremely peaceful though. Other public beaches (Chileno Bay and Playa de Santa Maria) are available nearby (about 8-10 mins away)…catch an Uber (super cheap!)."

"The hotel was beautiful; the room décor and beds were excellent, the views from the pools and restaurants were magnificent, and the staff was very friendly and professional. It was easy to Uber to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo where the cuisine, shopping, and nightlife were excellent. I would highly recommend the Hilton Los Cabos."
