"I’m so glad we found this place to stay in: historic building, modern and maintained very well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of on site facilities that we hadn’t expected. Very easy for water bus and water taxis.. 1 min walk!! The centre of Venice and all attractions are easily reachable on foot. Lovely breakfast included. Would honestly recommend this to anyone travelling to Venice.. families/ couples and solo travellers. "

"A large picturesque apartment in Venice to enjoy quiet time but still be close enough to all the landmarks. Great restaurants and amenities very handy. Staff were lovely and only a phone call and a few hundred metres away if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay. The only con was the shower. Although it had a large rain shower head, it only dribbled water down and the shower recess filled with water so much so we had to stop the shower to allow it to go down, worried it would flood the bathroom. The bathroom however was clean and modern otherwise and also contained a bath. Thank you. We would gladly book again. "

"Excellent Stay! We were able to check in nearly 2 hours earlier than expected. On check in, the employee provided us a map carefully hand illustrated with a suggested plan to explore the city including hot spots and destinations we should explore. Clean rooms. AC functioned as expected. Right in the middle of an excellent area. Would stay again."
