"Enjoyed the clean, brand new property during our visit to Penang. It was a last minute change because of the location and it turned out we made the right choice. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent, every staff greeted us with smiles and was helpful. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the scent of the shampoo and body wash (wished I can purchase a set home.) They even provided us umbrellas on the rainy days. "Being on a unesco world heritage site, I loved their use of Old colonial furniture and fixtures. Staff were great. Very friendly. Great breakfast. Right in the middle of old town Georgetown. Close to the free CAT shuttle bus. The Red Village market a perfect place for great reasonably priced dinner. Would stay there again"

"Excellent hidden gem of a hotel in the old town. It’s in an old building with wooden floors. The rooms are big and fitted out well. The swimming pool is proportional to the hotel but is good enough to cool off after a sweaty walk round the town. Walking distance from some good restaurants and bars. Helpful staff. There was a mystery bar that played load music till quite late but you get used to it."
