We were given the wrong room number when we arrived and were given complimentary lunch for our troubles. My wife was celebrating her birthday and they provided a complimentary nice cake and treats for her. "

"Really nice clean room. Great location really close to the shopping centre. Only negative is that they don't let you book breakfast when booking through Expedia and a little misleading when you check in. Otherwise great hotel and facilities. "
