Chinatown Business Hotels

I had good stay there. However, my review there: For the price I got, it s better to stay in another newer renovated hotel. Because the hotel is not fabulous, but the staffs are nice and friendly. Swimming pool is small. The bed was firm, good. Hotel strictly did not give late check out, need to pay if you need one :-(

Good location and friendly staff

The breakfast was excellent. they are very prompt with the cleaniness of the room and the staff are very friendly, always polite and ready to give a helping hand.

First time staying in Mandarin Oriental Jakarta and was truly amazed by the seamless guest service rendered by the beautiful team.

Had everything needed w/o the frills concierge, swimming pool. Simple breakfast spread and most importantly consistent Wi-Fi signal.

Good service.

Nice clean room, easy to get meals at connected mall.

Not all staff were helpful in getting us a grab or GoCar and pushed Bluebird which does not offer fixed price and has a bad reputation. Why push it when we specifically ask for other rides. They need to listen to the guests.

the staff is amazing. Always super helpful. I arrived at the hotel at 10pm and feeling hungry. Reception staff Jeffery advised me on where I can get food and then later surprised me with traditional food even though kitchen was closed. Breakfast is free but not very nice, gym is small.

Shower head not fix properly. Always dropping. Weak showers Water strength

We have a 2 nights stay in Grand Hyatt Jakarta. Its a very pleasant stay as the hotel is surrounded by amenities. However, we were woken up by loud music played for the closure of the stretch of road for cyclists and people to take morning exercise around the hotel though we stayed on the 12th floor.

There was some cracks on the sink. Not an issue for us. Hotel was quite a distance from Domestic side of Soekarno airport. It is nearer to International side. I like this hotel. It was clean. Water from the shower goes hot and cold. Even after temperature was set as lukewarm, it still changes between hot and cold. Going to PIK from the hotel takes only 30 mins which is rare for Jkt.
