"What differentiates top rated hotels is not the property as much as the staff. The Plaza front desk staff was incredibly helpful in making arrangements and following up. They cheerfully assisted in making my wife’s birthday truly special. As a result, our stay at the beautiful Plaza Hotel in Seoul was most enjoyable. "

"The Hotel is big, the staff is nice. The rooms are really comfy but the carpets are really old and stain. The bathroom is big but we had problems with the shower. Theres a lot of nice coffe shops around. I loved how super convenient the location was"

"Property location is 10/10, which is the best part about this hotel. The rooms are extremely tiny, no amenities, the elevator is very slow and requires a long wait most of the time. The breakfast is on the 27th floor which provides nice views, but the selection isn’t great and the coffee machine had the “needs cleaning light” on all week. Coffee was undrinkable. Overall the hotel is okay - location is awesome, but otherwise underwhelming. "

"Arrived to a hotel that was booked months previously only to have to sign off on a NO heating disclosure. We froze in our rooms and had to request blankets which they tried to charge for. Room was also very warn with wall covering peeling and dirty scuffed and chipped baseboards. Disappointed. "
