If you want to be on the beach then this is a good option. However, there is construction next door only during the day. Also, I stayed on the second level and sliding doors design have a gap from the wall which make it more difficult to keep the room cooler and more noise. It was also frustrating that check in time was at 2pm and when I came back at 1:55pm, she said they are still cleaning the room when it seemed that the place was less then half capacity.

The resort was in a great location, but it was not worth the $140 a night it cost, firstly the pool was tiny and hot not refreshing at all and the shower in the room had no water pressure, we wouldn’t stay there again

Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast and lovely pool. We only stayed one night en route to islands as it’s convenient for the ferry. Highly recommend as great value.

This was a charming place, right on the beach with the restaurant right by the beach. A beautiful, quiet garden walk from the busy street to the rooms, then the pool, then the beach. The breakfasts were top notch and included in our inexpensive room price. We loved this place.

The property is a bit dated but they were working on updates while we were there. The roms were nice and spacious but the shower curtain was dirty and should have been replaced before I checked in. Overall the staff were wonderful and it is a nice place to stay with a beautiful, clean beachfront! I would stay there again.

Close to everything in Sanur and right on the beach. Pool was a bit warm, and the construction site next door made an afternoon siesta difficult but apart from that I enjoyed my stay. Staff were excellent.

We were in room 103, which I loved. It was the quiet end of the property, away from the road, and further away from the construction project next door. It was 10 steps to the pool, dining room, beach!! The front desk staff was very helpful and able to answer all questions. They leave fresh fruit in your room, which is a nice touch. One bad thing - our room had an over powering moth ball smell when we arrived. To the point I got a headache. I was assured there were no chemicals in the toom for the bugs and housekeeping brought an orange deodorizer for the ac - which I declined. I had housekeeping just clean with water the next day, but the smell persisted. I was headachy and tired the 3 days I stayed there - and I blame whatever was causing that smell. I'm now in Malaysia and that smell came with me on some of my belongings but I'm hoping they will air our soon. Other then that smell, the facility was great.

Great hotel with easy access to a range of restaurants and shops. Good size comfortable room’s and right on the beach which is great. Hotel is well kept and has a relaxed peaceful feel. Staff were excellent and very helpful. I wouldn’t really rate the included breakfast and also be aware that there is a huge construction site next door. That said, I didn’t notice any annoying construction noise.

My family stayed here for 4 nights. The staff are very polite, helpful and welcoming. The included breakfast was simple, but good & tasty. The location is very convenient , ie. right at the beach, easy access to many restaurants & bars at the beach. The pool is small, and there is no gym available. My room is ok, except the foyer light was missing (very dark to find room at night. This property is in need of major Reno.

Beside major building site - but don't worry!
Great location - acces to Beach at one end and main strip at the other. Friendly - clean - welcoming. Great breakfasts choices - Local - Continental and cereals. Our room was to the construction site side [major new retail development, will be great but expect traffic chaos!] We were already in Sanur area before we booked and so aware of this. Price was great and can honestly say there was no intrusion from this at all. Eye masks and ear plugs were provided but totally not necessary. Perhaps we were lucky, but speak as you find.

Respati Beach Hotel 3/10/23 to 12/10/23.
Our first time staying at Respati and we were thoroughly impressed and heading back for 2 weeks in January. We found the staff to be friendly and very helpful, breakfast was what we are accustomed to, rooms were large, light and clean. Always workers visible doing jobs of upkeep and gardens were beautiful The perfect position for us with easy beach access and also main road access.

The hotel is beautifully situated on the beach and within walking distance to shopping, spas, and restaurants. The staff are so friendly and respectful and competent. It’s truly a gem in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sanur. We loved our stay and will return to Hotel Respati on our next visit to Bali!

Good hope at a good rate
A good hotel and at a good price. The room was clean quiet and comfortable with great AC. There is long term building project next door but it didnt really bother us, Breakfast was good and the hotel backs onto the beach. Would stay here again

11 nights in Sanur
Our third stay, great location, staff are wonderful, rooms are clean, air cond works well, rooms are being renovated and there is building t door but we haven’t been disturbed at all. Remember the price and it is only a good 3star hotel I totally recommend this hotel. Down side, bed is hard, they did put a topper to help and you do get used to it. Breakfast is pretty average, if it wasn’t included I would eat elsewhere

Got ripped off by hotel
Overall the hotel was okay — I booked an upstairs room but did not receive one. My biggest complaint is that we requested to book a one way ferry to the Gili islands, and we’re charged more than double the price I have seen anywhere else. We were fresh off the plane, jet lagged and exhausted and I believe the hotel personnel took advantage of this. I had done my research before hand on what it should cost, but always assume that with Covid and inflation that prices fluctuated. However, DOUBLE the price is embarrassing and not what I hope for from a hote.
