"Great location across from the train station. Room very small but well equipped and designed. Staff friendly and helpful. We did not sleep well because the room was warm and stuffy, with no effective individual room temperature control. The windows open, but at night we had to close them because of street noise. Otherwise a very nice, convenient, amd comfortable hotel. "

"This is so close to the train station. Most of the staff is friendly and speak English. When we asked for an extra blanket and towels, we had one staff member who told us “I am not Mary Poppins”. Luckily, everyone else was friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is well located for convenience to the train and bus connections, and to shops. Also, only a ten minute walk across the river is the Old Town, with its steep hills, cobbled stone streets, quaint cafes and historic landmarks. The lake front is also not far. A plus was the included free public transportation pass provided and downloadable on my mobile. My stay was short, so I used it only to go to the airport. "The hotel was very authentic and rustic in a traditional but quaint way. The staff were friendly and helpful although some didn’t have the best English. It was clean but the some of the fittings could do with an upgrade, one of my power points didn’t work at all. The transport links are great with a tram stop literally outside the hotel. I was emailed a free transport pass from the hotel but the website was glitchy so it didn’t work - I’m sure they could issue in the hotel but I was too late to...
