"Set right on the bay and not far from all the action on Quay st- this hotel is just marvelous. The location is awesome, staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again for sure. "

"The rooms were comfortable and well stocked. Reception staff were pleasant. I did not like the first room we were assigned. They changed it for me and were nice about it. Breakfast was typical. We did not eat other meals in the hotel. Had to take a taxi to Galway City Centre - too far to walk. "

"We had a room on the ground floor facing the alley behind the hotel. Trucks would arrive next to our window in the early morning to unload crates of clean towels, they would roll the crates up against our window and leave them there until hotel staff would push them inside. "
