"We had a great vacation in this resort. People here are very nice and friendly, we always felt welcomed, safe and had everything that we needed. Our room was very clean, comfortable with a very convenient location near the kid swimming pool. We were able to walk around easily. Food options with a lot of variety for the buffet, we were able to book 4 restaurants during our stay, El pilon restaurant was good! Our kid had a lot of fun in the kid swimming, beach, playing ping-pong , and walking to see the flamingos and peacocks. "

"I truly love this place and I will go back, but my only setback was I was bit up and I think that they should spray I think that the beds should be sprayed after each visitor because still to this day my legs are filled with bumps my thighs, my arms And I just want them to not let you know nasty visitors comments, bring germs. I pray that these were mosquitoes that beat me up like this. The overall service was excellent and very professional and they kept you smiling. The introduction when you walk into the hotel is so inviting and beautiful it’s breathtaking. The restaurants were amazing the complete set up from front to back of this resort, the only setback again was me being bit up and I’m still itching and I’ve been gone since the 27th and today is 1 May"

"This hotel is the best! I was a little nervous after reading some of these reviews but after my amazing experience there, these bad reviews couldn’t be further from the truth. I booked the resort queen pool side view with double beds. The property grounds is just stunning! Waterfalls every where, lush trees and flowers. The rooms were huge, loved the shower area, and everything was cleaned daily. The app was so easy to use to order housekeeping, more items you may need in the room, and to reserve reservations at the restaurants. Check in was a little delayed but checking out was quick. The food at all the restaurants were all good! The Caribe buffet was our choice for breakfast and lunch. Just know it will be hard to get a reservation that night but as soon as we were checked in with a room number we immediately reserved for all the days we were there. We reserved El Charro which had such amazing Mexican food and desserts, El Asador was good too but felt they were a little disorganized amongst each other especially the waiters, and the Gondola had some great Italian food and their passionfruit tiramisu was so good! As for people saying the staff was mean and no one speaks English there is not true. The staff was kind from beginning to end of our trip. The only ones I noticed you need to at least know some Spanish to get you by is if you ask the cleaning people or housekeepers for directions or for something you may need, they will tell you they don't speak English. "

"This place is perfect for a getaway if you don’t want a lot of tourists. It is about an hour and half from punta cana but they have a Facebook page with information. It was very informative. We will be back! It was great for a relaxing vacation for our 20th anniversary!"

"My wife and I just got back from a trip to Punta Cana and stayed at the Serenade All Suites (Adults Only) side. We traveled with another couple and the four of us had a wonderful experience! The resort is about 25 minutes from the airport, which is convenient. It’s modern with a nice design — the rooms were clean and spacious. We booked reservations at several restaurants for dinner and the food was amazing! For breakfast and lunch, we hit up the buffet, which was pretty good. The staff went above and beyond. Alejandro was our butler and he made sure our dinner reservations were confirmed (even when the app said it was fully booked). He helped us book an excursion for a party boat tour. On the way back from the tour, I accidentally left my bag in the transportation van which had my phone and some cash. The staff tracked down the transportation company and they returned my bag the next morning. The entertainment staff was fun and friendly with good vibes. We played water volleyball, foam beach party along with few other activities — and each time they brought their energy! Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend staying here. It offered a nice balance of relaxation and opportunities to party (if that’s what you’re looking for)."
