"Went here for our one year wedding anniversary trip. Expected your typical all inclusive stay, got way more. Typically you don’t go to an all inclusive and expect a culinary experience. The food at the restaurants we went to was amazing. Magna (excellence club only)..the 45oz tomahawk steak.. amazing! at Spice the Sushi! And sashimi. And the food at Agave was amazing. We loved the coffee shop went every night for coffee and a sweet treat. The breakfast buffet was great. Service was wonderful, they cater to you and are so friendly. You can even tell management was involved with interacting with guests. Our room was amazing too we have the two story plunge pool room. We want to go back already and would definitely recommend. One of our favorite trips & it was during hurricane Melissa, the weather wasn’t the best and we still had the best time!!! Also the entertainment!!! Karaoke night, tribute night, they even had acrobatics! It was so much fun! "

"This place has everything. Muliple choices for great food. Of course, some of the buffet was so-so, but you can always find something very good and the dinner restaurants were supurb! The grounds were quiet, well maintanined, and grand. ABOVE ALL the service was absoultely fantastic. We had our two year old and nearly everyone gave him attention. The staff were extremely polite and accomidating. Johnny, Leonel, Renso, Noame, and many more, went above and beyond to make us truley feel welcome. We will defintely be returning. SUCH A GREAT PLACE!"

"The staff was friendly and the hotel was gorgeous had a blast at the riu parties as well as their night club on the resort ! I was highly dissapointes by the food and them having very few actual doninican options i feel they need to bring some more authenticity into the food less americanized would make rhe experience rhat much more special ! "
