"Actually, we didn’t stay at the property. Due to an overwhelming smell of chemicals and ammonia like stench (cleaning supplies?) we were unable to stay at the hotel and were forced to find a last minute alternative. Being so value priced, we should’ve expected it, but unfortunately we were unable to sleep with such an intense odor emanating from the moment you walk in. The receptionist was lovely. "

"This is rated a 4 star hotel, however I don't think it deserves this rating. The rooms are comfortable and clean but I think the bath should have a nonslip surface and there should be a rail to hold onto when getting into the bath. The cafeteria does not offer or other food unless the restaurant is open. The buffet breakfast is abundant. The restaurant only offers an evening meal with a set menu of limited choice and no vegetarian options. We did not use the spa facilities."

"For a quiet, safe, restful stay with free parking. It is located in a semi-secluded area, preferably you need a car. Great stay...fantastic service and YES, I would stay there again. I stayed there on my own, this time, however, I would book the self contained chalets (that's what I call them) when I return with my family."

"Stayed two days in a premium sea view room and the view and stay was fantastic. Not happy about the parking fee of 25 euro/day but the room and view was amazing! The people of this town were very nice and healthy! The amount of people walking the beach promenade was impressive. "

"Great location with plenty of dining options nearby. Easily accessible by bus L5 from the train station (L1A from the bus station). The reception gave us a map and explained the essentials to explore the city (landmarks, dining, marketplace etc.). Room size was decent and with good heating/air-conditioning. The soundproof was poor however. We could hear the traffic well."

"About 2 km from the Cathedral - the rooms are nice and large and breakfast fabulous. Easy walking distance to the old city and the cathedral. No need for the pool though...after all, we are there for the cathedral. "
