"I spent the final night of a 12-night trip to Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende at the Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico, located in the Historic Center with a fantastic view of the Zocalo from the rooftop restaurant. The room was very comfortable, the staff was excellent, and the food, including the buffet breakfast, was good. I recommend a stay here."

"The staff were amazing, particularly our butler, Maggie, El Adio, and the bartender Fernando! He was amazing and we even moved to one of the pools when he went from the inside bar to the pool swim up! Absolutely amazing, friendly and we definitely need to go back!"

"Fantastic location, great for pickups on trips, secure. The hotel itself was modern, and the rooftop bar is a real treat. Breakfast was excellent and we were really disappointed to miss it on the second day due to an early collection. Big room, nice soaps. We got a bit of noise from the Aircon fans but earplugs masked this fine"
