Hotels with indoor pool in North America

"Im not the one to leave reviews unless I absolutely think it would help other guests. The condition of the room was deplorable. The bathroom was 2x2 and no space to even accommodate a toothbrush and I am not exaggerating. The carpet looked dirty and smelled old. Staff was friendly, good location but i would not go back to this hotel. I recommend you look around for other properties that are renovated or more modern. I hope this helps. "

"The hotel is really nice, and the high-rise views are phenomenal. Housekeeping was excellent and consistently on point. However, there are a few downsides—rooms do not include microwaves, and there isn’t an outdoor area to relax and enjoy the property. Gratuity is automatically included at the hotel, though not consistently across all services. Lastly, the lack of room service is disappointing, as that’s something I consider essential."
