"Sok Sabay is a beautiful oasis but outside the confines is garbage and skeletons of buildings that were started then abandoned before finished. The restaurant in the resort was a real surprise with Khmer and French influences. Staff can’t do enough for you. The resort could use some maintenance but for money it’s a bargain and if I ever returned to Cambodia I’d stays again on way to islands. The Otres beaches are within walking distance. "The property is not maintained and is in the centre of a building site. You should not have it as a hotel on your site until the building work is complete. The rooms were dirty, we had hot water and TV failures. The decking around the pool is dangerous. The hotel will be knocked down or renovated and renamed at some stage. You should not be offering this property to your clients at this stage."

"Not a very good hotel for 3 stars. We always stay in 4 or 5. We had no choice as all hotels were booked. We where delayed for a flight so we had to book a room for the night. Would not recommend. A big difference between a three star and four star. We stayed at a 4 star 10 minutes away on the beach. Was amazing compared to this hotel. And for the same price per night. Would not recommend to anyone. "

"The resort is located in a nice and quiet part of the town with a nice stretch of beach. We got a free upgrade to a very nice room. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Very friendly staff all around providing excellent service whenever needed. The breakfast has a great selection of Khmer as well as western food. The beach is combed to remove washed up rubbish. The property is slightly dated but I highly recommend this place."

"Nice enough hotel located in the worlds biggest building site, highlight of my stay here was just trying to get in the place my two options were wading through muddy water or climbing over mountain's of rubble and rotting garbage, nice pool friendly no open bar or restaurant though. Room was clean and comfortable could have done with a lick of paint though but the whole place will probably be demolished soon anyway to make way for another bloody Chinese casino. Cannot say I enjoyed my stay in...

"GOT TURNED AWAY BY THIS HOTEL Apparently they are off Bussines and despite still being listed on hotels.com. Quite dissapointed as it was very last minute. Owner said hotels.com was aware of it and don’t know why they are still listing! Hotels said they don’t know.. so here you go! DONT BOOK IT will save the time in getting the money back later "
