The person we dealt with had no idea, or perhaps did not understand, but she sent us back to the concierge, who ended up resolving payment "

"The hotel staff is a big assett and the current staff goes above and beyond towards helping out with customers issues. Kudos to the reception and the Egyptian manager who provided all flexibility in ensuring the dietary issues one may have. I will certainly look forward to doing business in future and to refer others."
