She was very helpful, and her English is great, making communication super easy. She has excellent customer service skills and made me feel like I was staying in a five-star hotel. "

"Hotel is in a great location for both local sights and access to metro lines. Staff were very friendly and profession. The building is a bit dated and worn, and the rooms are a bit on the smaller size, but that didn't bother us. Great value for the price and no complaints from our stay."
