"Very nice hotel, located a walking distance of the center. Property is well maintained and the area is quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety of bread, fresh fruit, cheese, cold cuts, coffee and juice. "

"This may be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. First of all, I love history and so you are staying where King Charles II had his castle. Secondly, the breakfast was amazing. Third, the rooms had beautiful chandeliers with high ceilings. And finally the wellness area had a lovely sauna room. The hotel was so close to all the picturesque spots. We will be back!"

"We went to Canalview for a girls trip. Check in was easy, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were very pleasant anf assisted with everything. Breakfast was great, it had everything we needed for the day and the setting was gorgeous. Front desk agent was helpful. Only issue was the heating, it was a very cold weekend and we needed more heat, thefe was a sucharge. There is also a surcharge for an extra blanket and pillows, and hair dryer"

"Not perhaps the cheapest option but overall decent value for the area. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. Didn’t take the breakfast option as I used a small local cafe instead. "
