"Very clean. The beds (room with 2 twins) were too firm for my liking. Seemed wasteful that they threw away toothbrushes, razors and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel daily and replaced with new ones. The folks at the front desk were not very helpful—would only call a limo for the airport, not assist us with other taxis (eventually had to figure it out on my own and set up Kakao T). "

My room was serviced and clean towels every day. There was a kettle and small fridge ideal for making your own coffee or tea. My room was obviously older and in some need of updating, but not so much that it effected my overall experience.
