The room is clean but the AC control was hard to adjust. The tea set was put much too low for us to reach. It's nice that you provided us with 3 water can drinks daily. Other hotel did not provide any water at all.

Friendly staff, easy check in, get the basic toiletries support I needed as my wife, and I didn't receive our luggage.

Best hotel in town. Very good lobby bar. Very quiet rooms. Efficient air-conditioning.

Location was good - near to Paddington station, although still require a 6-7 min walk. Room was slightly run down, although still was a comfortable stay.

Amazing. Highly Recommended with well trained staff.

A really decent airport hotel, do not expect too much but it is a short stay from Heathrow and is good for a single night stay

I was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. It's right next to the underground, a small grocery store, and a large shopping mall, but it's not noisy at all. The rooms are very clean and in good shape by London standards. Will definitely stay here for business trips going forward!
