"Hotel Chinzanso was the most beautiful hotel we had ever stayed in. Every request was treated by the hotel with utmost care, the garden is magical, as was the view of the city from our room. this hotel truly is an oasis of peace in midst of the busiest city. we hope to stay there again soon. thank you for keeping the unique Japanese traditions alive."
"My wife and I stayed in a newly renovated room at the hotel for 3 days in mid-August.
The Room
We chose a smaller room which was extremely well appointed despite being smaller than the average north American room. The room had been redesigned from the ground up and exceeded all of our expectations. The Queen size bed and bedding was very comfortable. There was a built-in desk with a mini bar as well as shelves that provided plenty of room to store items. The bathroom included a shower and tub as well as a bidet toilet. The bath amenities were also high quality and plentiful. All the staff we encountered were great.
Location
The hotel is located in a safe quiet neighborhood near a mall and the main train station. There were plenty of restaurants and a 7-11 and Family mart a block away.
I would highly recommend the hotel due to its location, staff and room quality."
