We visited last year and found the reception to be surreal we were treated like Royal family. We especially want to say thank you to Nicolette and Jega for the Superior service. We also want to thank Mei Mei for making us feel like family. We even had the opportunity to meet the hotel manager Peter who was very generous with his time. We plan to return to the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Singapore next year. It is a fabulous hotel with an incredible buffet and dinner and all the staff treated us like family."

"I was a solo traveler so room size was perfect for me. Room was clean. Housekeeping made sure I got everything I need since I opted out on room cleaning the 2nd day. The hotel is centrally located which was a plus. Staff were nice and friendly. The only downside: there’s no privacy windows. You can actually see other guests through their windows. I had my blinds down all the time."
