"It’s a luxury hotel but the small things weren’t included in the room like the complimentary bottles of water. You had to go get it at the front desk. Also, the credits that came with the room weren’t given to us or mentioned when we checked in. I had to go back to the front desk to ask them about it and there was confusion on the amount of my credit. After going back and forth, they checked again and realized I was correct. Also, other hotels make you feel special when celebrating a special event. I went with my mom who was celebrating an 85th bday and there wasn’t any acknowledgement. Lots of other luxury hotels that are worth checking out that do care about the small touches."

"Overall, my stay in Vegas was amazing! From check-in to the pool and nightclub area, everything exceeded my expectations. I booked a canopy at the pool, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the city view was just okay. Other than that, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend staying here. I would absolutely stay here again!"
